At Natural Saffron, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since we deal with food products like saffron, dry fruits, honey, spices, and shilajit, we follow strict quality standards. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Product missing from order
To be eligible for a return:
Product must be unused and sealed
Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Proof such as photos or video of unboxing must be provided
Food items cannot be returned once opened due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
If your return is approved:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refund will be sent to original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made through bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
Instead of a refund, we may offer:
Replacement of damaged product
Missing item shipment
This depends on stock availability.
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened food products
Products damaged due to misuse
Orders placed with wrong address details
Delayed delivery due to courier issues outside our control
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
