At Natural Saffron, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
2. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
However, you may request a return according to our Refund & Returns Policy if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
3. Custom or Bulk Orders
Orders that are specially packed, bulk orders, or customized packaging orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as they are prepared specifically for the customer.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refund will be made to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be sent through bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
5. Cancellation by Natural Saffron
We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain situations, including:
Product out of stock
Incorrect pricing due to system error
Payment issues or fraud suspicion
Delivery not possible to location
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
If a customer provides an incorrect address, phone number, or refuses delivery, the order may be cancelled and shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
