• Bulk or customized orders may take extra processing time.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

For special delivery requests or international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Orders are dispatched from our location near Lethpora.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

• Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 working days

• Remote Areas: 5–9 working days

Delivery time may vary due to weather, courier delays, or local restrictions.

We try our best to deliver as fast as possible.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and delivery location.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available in selected areas.

Orders refused at delivery may result in COD service restriction for future orders.
